H3 Isolated rural developments - developments consisting of only one group of buildings but covering an area greater than O.25 ha. Two sub-categories are identified:

H3a Farmsteads - a farmhouse and associated farm buildings and

H3b Other - any other type of isolated rural development e.g. garages and public houses, etc.
